Renomark is a seal of quality workmanship, adherence to ethical standards, and more. Always seek out the Renomark when searching for a renovator for your project.

Look for the Renomark logo when choosing a reputable contractor.
Renovators have to adhere to a number of conditions in order to prominently display the Renomark seal. The first prerequisite is to be a member in good standing of the Greater Toronto Home Builders’ Association. As a member of the GTHBA, the renovator agrees to abide by the code of ethics that this association provides including the following:

Return phone calls within two business days.

Offer a minimum two-year warranty on all work (excludes minor home repair)

Carry a minimum of $2 million liability insurance.

Have WSIB where required and/or work with subcontractors who carry WSIB.

Carry applicable licenses.

Provide a detailed, written contract/scope of work for all jobs.

Maintain a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures, and technical skills through continuing education.

Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
